Chilliwack RCMP nab two alleged thieves targeting bait vehicle

Two people picked the wrong vehicle to allegedly steal and now face criminal charges.
Around 3:30 a.m. on April 29 an alarm was set off by a bait vehicle, and a frontline officer tracked it to the 8200 block of Eagle Landing Parkway.
Clayton Ken Nielson, a 36-year-old man from Port Coquitlam, was arrested and charged with theft of motor vehicle and fail to comply with probation order. Meagan Nicole Browne, a 29-year-old woman from Delta, was also arrested and charged with take/occupy vehicle or vessel without owner consent.
